It can be shortened to 3 major points:

1. Eat in moderation
2. Exercise daily
3. Hydrate often

Many of those points are quite redundant and can have adverse effects to a select few of indivduals. My post does not constitute clinical advice either but a general trendline of all published articles and presentations.

It's ok your point but just this few is not much elaborate. Someone might just think just this alone gives the result but there re other steps involved which might be skipped and as a result might not give possible solution to one's desired to achieve. If you are a health personnel i believe you would know skipping routine is not the best option.  But however, each routine involves a process that leads to another in sequential order
