Cryptocurrency vs Regulation
« about: October 24, 2018, 02:55:30 PM »
crypto user or trader panic when there is regulation about crypto. Regulations can be the cause of the decline in crypto values. prohibition and restrictions in a country make crypto prices very difficult to develop. what do you think?

Regulation only works in country that has a legal system such as EU and USA. However, those countries does not really need a crypto currency. Most of dev counties can not even get legal system working, that is where the chances for crypto. Those countries stands for at least 3b people.

yes they don't need crypto. but large investors are in US and China. both of them greatly affect the increase and decrease in crypto prices.

I think crypto currently shall not focus on investment nature, but on circulation. In this sense, SEC is right, if this is an investment, it has to be regulated. But if this is for circulation, which is not expected to be investment, then sec is out of picture.
