Will an approved proposal give the sender 1B taucoins for start-up? Will the coins be used in any way the proposer deems it? like a buy/sell business, cafe business, payment and cash sneding business, or maybe even an app? Will it include payment for the web developer in any tech proposal?

People may wait for the price of taucoin to determine how much taucoin will they pay for the participants of the start-up, especially as web developers are quite expensive in reality.
